Spacious townhouse with sea views and air-con Close to marina, restaurants, bars and town centre Townhouse, Front line in the Port. 3 bed 3 bath sleeps 7 Located: Belgravia Club, Estepona, Estepona Port, Malaga This spacious family town house, located in the Belgravia Club, Estepona, is just a few minutes' walk to the harbour/port of Estepona. From the large south facing open terrace and the solarium, you have wonderful views over the marina and Mediterranean sea towards Gibraltar. The house boasts three good sized bedrooms - One super king size with en-suite and sea views, a twin bedroom which uses family bathroom and downstairs a large bedroom with three single beds with en-suite shower room and access to a orangery-style terrace, also with sea and harbour views. With this house it is possible to sleep seven people in comfort. The large lounge/diner has comfortable sofa seating for six and an international television system with fibre optic internet access. The dining area next to the lounge can seat eight. From the lounge, through the French doors, you have access to the terrace with its dining table and seating for six and three sun loungers – there is a sun awning which covers the dining table for shade in Summer. On the terrace there is charcoal BBQ. The very modern kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. This house is laid out over three floors with steps down to the three single beds and up towards to the master bedroom and twin bedroom. A further flight of stairs takes you to the solarium with a table and chairs for morning coffee. The entire house is air-conditioned for comfort (cooling in summer and heating in winter). The community swimming pool, with loungers available, is just a few minutes’ walk from the front door of the house. There is a BBQ area available by the pool which you can reserve through the community for a small fee. To walk to the marina with its bars, cafes and restaurants would be about six minutes and to the supermarket about four minutes. A car is definitely not required in this location but parking in a closed community is available if needed (on a first come, first served basis). From the urbanisation there are steps that lead down directly to the parking area for Playa del Cristo beach, so ideal for families with children.
This was a lovely apartment, so close to everything. Very peaceful, no traffic noise at all, lovely sea view. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. The Port offers lots of restaurants to choose from and is only 5 min walk. Lovely beach nearby. Could get a taxi to the centre of Estepona for around €5-7.
Delighted with layout and accommodation, so spacious, with great views and all home comforts including access to communal swimming pool. So close to amenities, lived the location so would definitely come back. Hosts were so helpful and easy to contact before and during our stay.
Lovely clean townhouse with great sea and marina views, air conditioning was really good and needed in the heat. it was only approx 5 min walk down to the restaurants in the port/marina and about 20-25mins walk into the old town which is well worth a visit. The gardens and pool area were always clean with a member of staff cleaning the pool every morning and keeping the gardens trim. Great communication with the office staff from my initial booking, to answering any questions and booking a return transfer from the airport on my request very helpful and responded to messages quickly. I would not hesitate to book again our family had a lovely time in Estepona resort.
The Belgravia Club is located just a few minutes’ walk from the entrance to the port of Estepona, with its bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Just outside the gated community there is a bus stop and you’ll find a taxi rank just a few minutes’ more away. The location of the family house makes it ideal for exploring Andalucia as it is possible for day trips to the famous cities of Granada (and the Alhambra Palace), Seville, and Cordoba. Gibraltar is also just 35 minutes drive away (don’t forget your passports!). This property is located very close to the beaches of Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada – in fact there is access to the parking area of Playa del Cristo directly from the gardens of the urbanisation. A walk to the centre of the old town, with its quaint squares and flower lined streets, would take about 17-20 minutes – head to the heart of the town “Plaza de las Flores” with its cafes and ice cream parlours!
