The annexe is in a super village location in walking distance of shops and pubs. We are near to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon and Leamington Spa . An hour from London on the train and 35 minutes from Birmingham. We are also 5 miles from JLR at Gaydon and Aston Martin and regularly host people working there. Happy to answer any questions you may have. The annex has a separate front door but is connected to the main house. There is a double room and a second bedroom that can either have the beds made up as twin beds or a king-sized bed to suit your group. There are two comfortable armchairs in the living room as well as a dining table with 2 chairs, additional chairs are available. There is also terrace overlooking the garden with a table and chairs. It has a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower Adjacent to the main house, you can park 2 or more cars right outside the door. The property has recently been completely redecorated and the beds are all new.

The Annex provides very spacious and contained accommodation in a lovely village. The off road parking is a real bonus as is a great space for outside BBQ and a glass of wine

The Annexe is as described - a granny flat attached to the main house but with a separate entrance and its own patio area looking on to the lovely garden at the back. We stayed for almost two weeks with our 1-year-old while visiting family in Harbury and were able to be quite self-sufficient even for such a long period because of the adequately equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. We also enjoyed takeaways from nearby pubs and fish and chips from the chip van that serves the local area. Some parts of The Annexe do need a freshen up. And as mentioned by a previous guest there is not much space to sit and eat. But overall it was a comfortable stay and we were made very welcome by Jo and Wendy (and their lovely friendly dog, who was a big hit with our son). We loved the garden. Very swift responses to messages and kindly helped us out by providing a high chair and extra drying rack. Would definitely request to stay again on future visits!

The accommodation is a granny flat on the side of the house. Well equipped kitchen and lovely seating areas outside front and back. Friendly and accessible host. Just like the photos but a bit darker inside due to the layout. Has everything you need for a short stay.
