Overall I enjoyed my stay. The house is quiet, well furnished, clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, kitchen is well stocked, it's a short walk to the beach and you can watched Zebras grazing from the balcony. I also enjoyed having a garage to park in. I had a few issues with the initial arrival, such as the internet not working properly for several days, no batteries for the TV remote or the heating system. The only downside is that the internet can be a little on the slow side and there is a limit of 50 gigs per month (1 hour of streaming is equal to 1 gig). So if you use the internet a lot, you may need to track your usage to make sure you don't go over the limit. The agents at SeeLyon who rent the house were helpful and fairly easy to reach by phone or email. I recommend this home and would stay here again if I visit San Simeon.

a very homey relaxing place to stay. the ocean is beautiful and just a short walk away. it's very quiet and peaceful too. we loved seeing zebras!

This is kind of an odd little condo but I actually ended up liking it far more than I thought I would at first glance. The fact that there are 2.5 baths in a 2 bedroom condo is a very nice touch. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of modern appliances! The garage is a very cool extra if you have a need for it which I certainly did. Ok here's the one negative with the place and unfortunately it's a big one. The internet is atrocious! But other than that I enjoyed everything about this Airbnb.
