We had a nice stay at Joseph’s. The house was immaculately clean and bigger than we were expecting with lots of space in the bedrooms. It’s a quiet neighborhood with off street parking and there is a large and really great park less than a five minute walk which was great for our four year old. We’d stay again. Thank you!

Clean but desperately need updates from furniture to amenities. Hearing dirt bikes up and down the street at 6 am not cool. Sorry would not recommend .

Perfect location--10-15 minutes from college graduation. As advertised. Some communication issues last minute. Comfy beds, clean home. Some old house charms/quirks, like light swithes to nowhere. Overall a good stay!

Wonderful stay, lots of space and very clean, easy access to food, gas, and downtown Springfield. Great rates and great host!

Joseph was very nice and responsive, even during the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was nice and spacious. We were able to host family for Thanksgiving.
