John was a phenomenal host. He was flexible, communicative and incredibly friendly. The house was perfect for a large group and all the house activities (pool, hot tub, hibachi grill) were so fun. We can’t wait to stay again!

Our recent family getaway to the Pocono Mountains was absolutely perfect! John's property was a dream – nestled in a stunning location, spacious enough for our extended family, and filled with thoughtful amenities. The house's cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms provided the ideal setting for quality family time. The location was ideal, offering easy access to outdoor activities and nearby attractions. We especially loved the game room, outdoor spaces, and hot tub – perfect for relaxation and fun. The house was stocked with fire wood for the outdoor firepit and the indoor fireplace, which we cozied around in the evenings. We utilized the hibachi grill for pancakes and quesadillas! The baby crib was already set up for us when we arrived and there was a high chair for our use. If you're looking for a fantastic family retreat in the Poconos, this rental is a gem. We can’t say enough about the Big Pocono Lodge and John, our host. Perfect house and perfect location for our large group of teenagers to call come base for a long weekend.
