Ron is a great host. The accommodations are first rate and if you are lucky you may get to taste his great home brewed coffee. A great place with a great host at a great price. I will stay there again on my next visit to area. You should too.

Great host with a cozy, clean, and comfortable house. Easily reachable and responsive. Room was just as advertised - clean, free of odors, sufficient lighting. Door lock is easy to setup and use. Never had issue with it. Ron provides towels, TP, linens, and the room has a fridge, microwave, oven etc. Bathroom is clean and shower works great.

I had a tricky time with check in because my app for the keyless lock was acting up on my phone. It was no fault of Ron's and he was kind enough to guide me through check in. The room and bathroom were clean. I really liked the room setup with a desk and a love seat with a work station. This allowed me to do my work online at night comfortably. It's a room in a house so there was noise at times although not loud. There was a nice fan provided that cancelled out any noise. The room matched the description perfectly and there were no surprises. Thanks Ron!

Definitely worth the price he's asking,even more, check in is easy with the app, the room is nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. Ron was a nice person too, asking if everything was OK and if I needed anything. It was a great find and great stay!

I spent two weeks in the proposed room in Ron's house. The arrival went very smoothly. Ron was a very friendly and attentive host. The room and the equipment were in accordance with the photos and descriptions provided. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
