David and his wife are lovely hosts and very nice people. We had a warm welcome and felt very much like home the two days we spent there. The Cabin is cosy and calm and you'll find everything you need. David's place is great to relax, enjoy nature and explore the Beara Peninsula. We loved it and would definitely recommend staying there.

I had an amazing experience in the cabin, it is as the pictures, with underfloor heating in the bathroom (such a luxury), and if you have any questions David is very quick to respond. David & Lorna's hospitality was 2nd to none. They were both so welcoming when I arrived, even Mr Pickles the dog came to see who I was. I was travelling alone for some piece and quiet and to get away from everything for a week. When they hadn't seen me in a day or 2 and hadn't seen the car move, they checked in on me to make sure that I was ok (who else would ever do that, it was lovely). Storm Kathleen also hit whilst I was there, you could hear the wind but wouldn't have known she was there otherwise (due to the sheltered position of the cabin). They are in a great location between towns for travelling and the scenery in the area is absolutely beautiful. This was my first visit, and I am looking forward to returning. I highly recommend a visit.

David's place is the ideal secluded retreat. we had a wonderful time. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We hope to stay again.
