I liked the fact that although there are four or five other cottages on the site it felt quite private and you couldn’t see into your neighbours and thay couldn’t see into yours. We didn’t do anything, just chilled - perfect. The surrounding countryside was lovely. We did have about four seasons in one day but it didn’t spoil anything. On the downside, the two settees were a bit hard and the last resident left hair down the loo (a minor rant gone in a flush. I loved the white cotton bedding and the beds were comfortable. really lovely spot in a great location. The pics dont do it justice. Paul is very friendly. The only mildy negative feedback, which i hope is constructive as we'll definitely stay there again, is the wifi. Appreciate its a big complex as its the old farm buildings but we needed to do a bit of work this week and it was a bit unreliable. Would def recommend a stay.

It was OK. Wifi a bit of an issue. Could only use one of them from the dining room or 2nd bedroom. Others didn’t work, advised Paul and the response was “it should be working”. Otherwise all was good.

Fantastic host. Great communication and facilities. beds were very comfortable, good quality linen and a first for an Airbnb for me 2 pillows per sleepy head!! also bath sheets for towels and not postage stamp size. Lots of kitchen utensils so your able to cook, quiet and secluded with plenty of parking. A*
