Lovely space perfect for a solo trip or for a couple. Only thing to consider would be there is no upstairs toilet so you have a bit of a walk in the middle of the night.

Positives - Very clear instructions on finding and entering property. Fantastic location for getting around norwich city centre. Beautiful accommodation and with everything you could need. Peaceful setting as close to nightlife. Secure gated entry so felt safe. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Stylish with lovely furniture and decor. Crisp clean bedding and towels. Negatives - bed and pillows hard and uncomfortable. Very steep steps upstairs ( not a problem for us but could be challenging for some) considering bathroom situated downstairs . Blinds in bedroom let in a lot of light in the morning and see through curtains in living room, looking out onto courtyard, meaning no privacy. Sweet wrappers and tissues under bed from previous guests. Overall fantastic property, for us the bed was too uncomfortable to want to stay again, but that was literally the only thing that would stop us.

We enjoyed a great stay here. We had a night out at The Waterfront so this was really close and convenient. An easy walk into the city centre for breakfast the following morning. A really clean, tucked away space which had everything we needed - even a milk in the fridge! We will stay again, thank you!

The accomodation had everything we needed & was warm & comfortable with some nice touches. The bottle of milk left in the fridge & biscuits were a welcome treat on our arrival. We would recommend the accomodation & also the city of Norwich as a destination well worth exploring. It has a host of independent shops & eateries as well as some stunning architecture. Lots to see so be prepared to walk! Airnorfolk were very accommodating in negotiating a later check out time on our final morning which was much appreciated. We would happily re-visit the City & Netherconesford another time.
