The place needs some maintenance in their facilities. When we got there, there was power outage and we they had to move us to a different place. However, it was difficult for them to find options and solutions to the problem. Thank God, the place we were transferred was way a lot better.

My family stayed for 2 nights. The location is very easy to find and the host is very communicative. Responds fast enough and very considerate. Unfortunately, the place was messy when we arrived. The outdoor area was messy and there were a lot of flies. There was also dog poop on our front door that we woke up to. The bathroom was moldy and smelly when we came in.The family room only has 1 air condition in one bedroom. I feel like that should have been listed on the listing.

This place is clean, has parking, and aircon, near Vigan Crisologo. Staff is good. Gives hot water for coffee and extension cords for multiple chargers. However, the facility is old, not modern, but since this is cheaper than usual, it is acceptable. You get what you paid for.
