This place is in the most PERFECT location! Beachfront on a non crowded beach. The townhouse has everything you would need for a great stay. There were a few unexpected downsides to this rental. The sofa and loveseat were badly stained from what appears to be water damage. One of the recliners in the living room was growing mold. The other recliner is leather and is easily cleaned and in good condition. Luckily, we found lots of extra sheets in the cabinet so we were able to cover and use the sofa and loveseat. Other reviews mentioned the second floor shower being dirty. We did not find this to be the case. It's just outdated. The third floor with the two twin beds gets HOT! However, there are fans available to use if needed. The third floor porthole windows do not open, and there's not much ventilation up there. The back patio is awesome, the views are phenomenal! I think with a few maintenance issues addressed and new living room furniture, this place could be really awesome.

This place was SO COOL! In the morning at high tide the back patio is LITERALLY in the ocean. There’s a grass area in the fenced in patio with poop bags for your doggies and a hose to rinse them off. They pictures also don’t show that there is a very steep spiral stair case going to the second story that was so cool. We love this place and will we for sure be back!
