Our guest reviews are the best recommendation when considering our beach house.The house has 7 beds to sleep 10 guests, we can accommodate 5 more guests on sofa beds but please contact us if you want us to host more than 10 guests..Northbeach is located on a quiet track on the upper Esplanade (no busy road in front)with stunning sea views over the conservation park, the beach is a two minute walk, pool 30 seconds. Upstairs has a king and 2 singles Ground has a king a queen and 2 singles beds Please note strictly no organised parties Northbeach has 3 parking spaces are provided on site. At this stage we are only taking Saturday to Saturday bookings for school holidays in December and January The property is in a perfect location for a beach, winery, bush walking and discovery day trip holiday Stay on the beach all day or swim or walk on the beach in the morning...drive to other beautiful beaches, small towns or explore the vineyards, visit cellar doors, cafes, restaurants during the day....back to the beach for a swim or walk, then BBQ and watch the sunset on the deck in the evening. Esplanade properties at Aldinga Beach have beautiful sea views...but most have views across a busy road, our Beach House is located on the upper Esplanade which is a short no through road track....20 metres from a strip of the conservation park ( still on the Esplanade) so you can watch the kangaroos and bird life in the mornings and evenings, instead of passing cars. The beach, (which you can drive onto) is a short stroll, the first cellar door ( Stonehouse) is 6 minutes drive away, you are then only a few minutes to Battle of Bosworth at Willunga, don't miss the other 7 that are on the way though, Gemtree is 15 minutes from there, but you will find another 66 cellar doors and 150 vineyards along the way as well as some 59 restaurants/cafes on lovely quite roads with vineyards as far as the eye can see in some places. Our beach house has fully reverse cycled air conditioned, North Beach can accommodate 10 people in comfort, upstairs has a king bed in bedroom 1 ,.... 2 single beds in bedroom 2 ....downstairs has a king in bedroom 3,... 2 singles in bedroom 4 ....and 2 singles in bedroom 5 Both floors have bathrooms and toilets, good sized lounges, dinning tables a large deck with 8 seat outside tables, Webber BBQ, breakfast bars, large fridges, dishwashers, ovens, gas cook tops, milk frothers, Espressy coffee machine, toasters, kettles, hair dryers, washing machines and dryers in laundry cupboards . Fast fibre to the premises WI-FI, and smart TV's in the lounges with Netflix and U-Tube We are an easy 45 minute drive from Adelaide. If you can pull yourself off the decks or the beach and the children out of the pool,the entire Fleurieu Peninsular is at your finger tips, to the south it offers beautiful country drives, great fishing,small towns, quaint beaches, Myponga, Normanville, Carrickalinga, Lady Bay, Second Valley, Rapid Bay......be sure look for the beach with a huge sand hill to the right of Cape Jervis. It has Deep Creek Conservation Park, some magnificent wild beaches ( 4 wheel drives can drive from Goolwa to the Murray Mouth along a beautiful, truly wild, coastline (similar to the Oregon coast) well worth the effort but check weather and tide conditions before you go! ) Visit lake Alexandrina at Milang, the lower Murray and Hindmarsh Island at Goolwa, Victor Harbour, (Granite Island and the Penguin Colony) Surf beaches at Middleton, ......holdout for a lunch of fish and chips at The Flying Fish located on the beach at lovely Horse Shoe Bay To the north is Port Willunga ( great beach with a cafe) Maslins Beach...(venture too far south along Maslins and you'll find Australia's first nudist beach) a bit further on is Moana Beach with sea front cafe's, you can also drive on the beach here..then further on is Port Noarlunga, a small beachfront township with a couple good cafe's Back for dinner at Victory Hotel at Sellicks Hill or the Star of Greece at Port Willunga...(not a Greek restaurant, it gets its name from the wreak of the Star of Greece that's just visible buried in the sand at low tide). Or of course, just BBQ on the deck enjoying a visit from the Kangaroos that will actually eat the grass at the front of the property....... and watch the sunset......Enjoy! Additional communal facilities include a large BBQ on grassed play-area and a swimming pool.
