My family and I stayed during the Easter long weekend. The flat felt homely and the market square had everything we needed. The church and castle are just behind the flat and are very easy to walk to. We went to a lovely pub in Dunwich for our Easter Sunday lunch. Visited the medieval friary remains in the village and walked on the beach. Also went Aldeburgh which is a really nice seaside town. During our stay we went to Sutton Hoo which is a National Trust place. We were lucky that it was a sunny and mostly clear day. It’s such a good place to visit and would recommend it. The neighbouring town Woodbridge is also a nice place to visit. It has a really big shipyard and some great pubs for food. The flat is well situated and is close to many places to visit. June was a really good host and provided us with lots of information on the area and places to visit. All in all a great place and would recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Framlingham. The flat is comfortable, and really does have everything you need. It is so convenient to have an alleyway leading to the Co-op just across the road, and pubs, cafes and shops a few minutes walk away, and yet the outlook is a quiet, traditional small market square. We were coming to see relatives who live in Needham Market, but also wanted to go to the coast, so Framlingham is a great location only 30 minutes away from Aldeburgh, Orfordness etc. We will definitely book this again. The only downside is that the Wifi was quite slow and kept dropping out, so watching Netflix was a bit of a struggle. Otherwise perfect.
The flat was lovely, bright, quiet and clean. Great location, enough space for my Dad, Brother and I. Only wish we had spent more time ☺️ Would love to visit again!

Nic my husband and I enjoy being out in the open Suffolk coast and countryside , we enjoy canoeing, swimming , walking and renovating our old Suffolk farmhouse when not working or helping out with the increasing numbers of grandchildren! We are pleased to have installed a EV charger for electric cars . Small charge rates apply .Our 2 gentle dogs , pointer and mixed breed mut are lovely friendly dogs . We have been lucky to have explored many other countries and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We have a relaxed attitude and will expect you to have your own space and time whilst staying with us but will be on hand if needed for any advice or help you may need.
