Walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to hang out at the beach all day or visit nearby sights & eat out at all of the fabulous restaurants or picnic at the beach. Safe, clean, peaceful place to sleep. No children under 13. We do not offer any kitchen or cooking amenities. This is our guest bedroom in our private home. We live here all year long. The entrance, common room & hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms are all shared with us. The bedroom is private with a lock. It is next to our bedroom so it is not the most romantic. The bedroom has 2 beds of 1.5 plaza. There is no T.V.. Your bathroom is across the hall. It is not shared. We have a big front patio and a big back patio. Both shared spaces. We have 4 cats that live in and out of the home. They are not allowed in the guest bedroom. There is no access to the kitchen or refrigerator. We ask that ONLY bottled water be in the room. We try to keep the bedroom clean for everyone so we ask that no food or drinks besides water be brought to the room. A home cooked BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED & complimentary coffee or tea in the evening to help offset the costs of having to eat out. We conserve water (5min showers hopefully max. once a day) and recycle and reuse when possible. We practice composting and having minimal waste.
