Very nice for a basement apartment. Didn't feel dingy thanks to the windows, many lights and high ceilings. The tasteful and interesting decorations and general layout of the space also made it feel quite welcoming. Everything was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac very near (but no direct access to) forest trails. No access to the backyard either btw. Only low point was the bed, which was quite hard, and the lumpy pillows, but some leftover ice cream in the freezer was a pleasant surprise. :)

We're glad we chose to stay here, and would do so again. A fluke water leak sprang just before our arrival and Annie immediately solved the problem, cleaned up perfectly and offered us a partial refund or cancellation. We chose to stay. Steep stairs at basement entrance but nice light from windows = bright and peaceful. Loved the laundry access and lovely washroom, best choice of TV offerings of any accomodation on our 2 week trip. Non stick pots and pans were small and scratched which made cooking alfredo for 3 difficult, and the dinner plates didn’t fit in the tiny microwave, but other than that the kitchen was great. Couch wasn't very comfy for sleeping, but it was only one night. 😉 A lowlight was a stero blaring in another unit that could be heard from check in until the wee hours of the morning. With us needing to leave by 6am this was super frustrating. But that has zero to do with our lovely hosts or the clear care they have put into the space offered. Wonderful communication.

Ce fut une première pour notre petite famille (9 et 12 ans les enfants). Très bel appart à proximité des activités et endroits merveilleux à visiter! Nous étions vraiment bien! Je recommande!
