Adrian’s place was top notch! We felt like home here and the whole building was so clean. Adrian was responsive and helpful and easy to reach. The pool is gorgeous with a great view and the restaurant serves an abundance of choices. It is a short 13-15 minute walk to Bangla Road and there’s always tuktuks/taxi right outside. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a great stay at Adrian’s place, which was a studio in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including letting us check in early. The breakfast was also delicious with a big selection and the rooftop pool was an added bonus. Good value for money.

I would say the room is a 3 star hotel. The furniture was dated and worn and the bathroom towels were rough which I can live with, but the bathroom had mold all over the tiles and the private screen which was unacceptable. The shower door also didn’t close so it leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The front desk (this is a hotel) was accommodating and let us check out other rooms to move to. The 2nd option had a mold problem as well but the 3rd was much better. I’m glad they were able to make that right for us. Now the rooftop pool and bar I’d give 5 stars. It’s really nice, clean, nice furniture, great food and drinks and the view was beautiful. They also have a dj there in the evenings for a good vibe. They were cheap with replenishing toiletries, towels, etc but if you called down they’d bring it to you right away. The breakfast was pretty decent and included. Conveniently located close to restaurants and bars. I stay there again for the location and the rooftop bar

Adrian is a great facilitator if you are looking to book a hotel/guesthouse in Phuket with help from a local. Instructions were clear and concise and he was very proactive. Please note that everything is taken care of by the hotel though, such as the check in/out process, etc. so you may or may not find the same rooms for cheaper on another booking site. In regards to the hotel itself, it is relatively close to everything. I enjoy walking so it was perfect distance from everything and allowed me to get some exercise in. Patong Beach Is about a 15 min walk and Bangla Road is about a 20 min walk. The room is definitely great value for money and the hotel breakfast was very good!
