This place was THE definition of a perfect Air bnb. Host was extremely communicative, and super accommodating. It slept 7 of us with total ease, and it was stocked with lots of snacks and mini meals for us to munch on. The bus schedule is very easy to follow, and will take you to the ferry very quickly. There are bus stops right outside the home. Overall a 10/10 stay, I have literally 0 negative words about the place. Super clean, full of snacks, and fit 7 of us no problem

The accommodation was the middle floor of a house, but separate and private. It was bigger than it looked in the photos. Dierdre supplied so much food it was fantastic, we didn’t need to shop straight away. She let us in and gave us lots of information about buses and ferries and local things. Loved the Staten Island Ferry.

Wonderful week, nice location and the place had a great set up, full supplied will all necessary arrangements, as also extra "gifts" from Diedre to us. It was great experience been there. Thank you, Diedre, your efforts to make us fell at home were great.

My wife and I and two friends stayed here for the New York marathon. The space is large and the host stocks the kitchen with lots of foods, coffees and teas its really wonderful. The location is perfect to catch a bus to the ferry or anywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay again.
