Good location for walking into town or driving to nearby places/towns. Clean house which matched the pictures and description. The beds were comfortable and had soft sheets. Kitchen and laundry were stocked with everything you need. Good open floor plan for entertaining. Julie was responsive, professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house.

We stayed at Hendo Rancho for 2 months while looking for a house and had a fantastic experience! The house is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures and the location cannot be beat. We enjoyed walking to breweries, restaurants, and an ice cream shop from the house. There are 4 grocery stores within a 3-minute drive of the house. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, including many leftover seasonings and condiments from previous guests. The warm/hot water was great (this is always something I worry about staying somewhere new). Julie was friendly and responsive when we had any questions. We did not find this to be an issue but some may not prefer it, the house is on a busy road so there is street noise but it did not bother us. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this house. We wish we could have stayed longer! Hendo Rancho is wonderful and we highly recommend it!

My husband, father-in-law, and our two, adult dogs stayed here while visiting family members in Hendersonville, Franklin, and Waynesville. It’s a great location for day trips to these locations and Asheville and Brevard. We booked Julie’s home because it’s pet-friendly (we’ve been traveling with our canine family members and staying in pet-friendly properties for >30 years), for its proximity, and its walkability to downtown. It was very comfy, immaculately clean (yay, no Febreeze chemicals), and felt like a home away from home. The living room and bedrooms were nice-sized and we appreciated the dedicated home office space for virtual business meetings while we were there. The neighborhood itself was quiet, with the exception of the road noise from the busy street. In our opinion, a few suggestions to make the lovely home even better: plantings/buffer in front yard to block/buffer road noise from busy street; fenced yard; back patio; and indoor fireplace. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect little house close to downtown. The owner Julie is very accommodating with great communication and a variety of information about the area. Kitchen is very well stocked, The proximity to downtown, nearby restaurants, and groceries cannot be beat. There are a few restaurants just a block away, downtown is an easy 10 minute walk, and there are 4 grocery stores within blocks of this house. Bedrooms were all very comfortable. The owner has added some nice accommodations for our pets including sheets to put on the furniture and a doggie clean up station in the back yard. Only negative, and this is minor, is the house is on a relatively busy street so there is a fair amount of road noise.
