The house is on a block of modest homes, the neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors we encountered were very friendly, we felt safe. Everything was as described, photos were accurate. In the evenings we are often couch potatoes who watch TV. Our only complaint is that the sofa wasn't comfortable.

Tony & Laura were so helpful and always responsive when I asked questions. The property was very convenient for my visit with family. It was safe and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. I'll definitely stay again when I return to Tulsa!

At my time of booking, this listing was inaccurate as a reflection of the actual place. Hopefully that changes as time passes. There were dry rot holes in the porch, holes and warping in the living room floor, and evidence of water damage in the kitchen. This made me very concerned about potential mold in the home. The tub in the bathroom was extremely inaccessible, as it comes up so high, and was a safety hazard. The bedroom was so small it was impossible to walk to the opposite side of it, the bed was rock hard, and there was a loft above the bed that access had been removed to, and very much had not been in the listing photos. All in all, I would not stay here again, but the hosts seemed nice from our minimal communication! Hopefully they update the listing with more info about how inaccessible the house is and the inclusion of the loft space.

The landlord was amazing. When I made a mistake booking the place online, Tony went out of his way to help make it right. I would 100% stay at this great little spot in Tulsa again.
