Great place local safe good parking .. central for just about everything in town . We were pre warned about the work and renovations that were ongoing .. weren’t really told about that it was still basically a building site on 2/3 floors above and below so a lot of noise during the day .. The apartment was great for 2 persons everything was very clean well appointed .. had a glitch or two as this apartment had just been newly renovated after damage by smoke from a fire on floors above I think ?.. but Jenny was on it and things were sorted really quickly so hopefully no more issues .. 🙏👌❤️…. I would however if you’re a light sleeper the city is quite noisy in the evening up until midnight .. so use ear plugs ‘ 🫣🤣..after midnight it’s silent ! Lovely sun trap of a balcony in the afternoons and a comfy day bed with cushions nice touch. My comments about the noise will eventually cease when they’ve completed the renovations so don’t be put off by that it’s worth it.

Long stay - Stayed at Jenny's apartment in the Rockwell for 2.5 months and it was great. The view is amazing and the location is great! Everything I needed during my re-location and having housekeeping once a week was so helpful!

5 stars all around! Perfect little pad to explore the beauties of Cape Town! Great security, really comfortable, black out curtains (REALLY helped with jetlag!). Will definitely come again!

The apartment is in a great location, a block away from a popular grocery store and mall, a gym, and cellphone stores (if you need a SIM card). The balcony is great and the building itself is a combination of hotel and apartments, so there’s a lively vibe. You get to meet a lot of different people from different parts of the world, but that also means you’re exposed to different people’s lifestyles and habits. The place is clean, very simple, love the in unit washer and dryer since I stayed there for a month and worked remotely. There was weekly cleaning, and you are generally in communication with the management company, but they’re 24 hours and quick to respond. One thing is that Cape Town experiences load shedding and this building doesn’t have a backup generator so you’ll lose WiFi. So just be prepped for that. I work via Telehealth and didn’t have issues. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m back in CT!
