The Joint in hakuba is a great spot to stay if you’re looking for a clean comfortable place to stay while getting the opportunity to meet your fellow travels. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super easy check in/check out. Over all great experience. Great location in echoland with easy access to all the resorts via buses. Lots of restaurants and fun little bars for the evening after skiing.

Toda la comunicación y recepción ha sido electrónica, no hemos coincido en ningún momento con nadie del staff. A la llegada, en la sala común hacía frío, tuvimos que encender el aire y la chimenea nosotros. La sala es preciosa, pero al estar fría se convierte en incómoda. La cocina está muy bien equipada, aunque no muy limpia. Una mañana saltó la electricidad y al no haber nadie, no pudimos usar nada eléctrico. La cama era muy grande y cómoda, pero la habitación tan pequeña que las boksas de viaje solo caben debajo de la cama. No hay casi espacio para colgar o dejar ropa. Los baños y las duchas compartidas limpias. Al ir en temporada baja había pocas habitaciones ocupadas por tanto no hicimos colas en ningún momento. Jake, atendió por mensajería telefónica todas nuestras dudas y nos reservó los taxi que necesitamos. La ubicación hace necesario tener coche para poder hacer senderismo. Hay restaurantes cerca y la zona era tranquila.

Had an amazing stay here. Super clean, spacious and fantastic location near coffee shops and restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and active in helping us rent a car. We highly recommend the Joint. Thank you Jake and Kanako!
