The apartment is new, looks nice from inside and has marble floors and tiling. The host was nice, very polite and helpful. The house looked nice and mostly clean, but the curtains were super dirty and moldy and there was a lot of dust. The host kindly replaced the curtains when asked. The parking lot is on the street and was sometimes occupied but the listing says it’s on the premises. The surprise came when we used up the only two rolls of toilet paper and the hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the host for more he sounded surprised and said he wasn’t responsible for buying toilet papers, soap and even changing shower curtain. He was polite about it but it seems they had different expectations about an Airbnb listing than what is common in the US and Europe (although they charge almost as much). The toilet paper wasn’t a big deal though but I think a host should not send the guests on a trip to buy soap and toilet paper. Overall, we had a nice stay but could have been better.

We had the pleasure of staying at Arik Vanik's beautiful apartment with my family, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly accommodating, even when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. He made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. In addition to their exceptional hospitality, he was also highly professional and introduced us to a fantastic driver who helped us throughout our stay. I have never experienced such professionalism and attention to detail anywhere else, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the flat, which is a testament to his commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. We were also grateful for their clear house rules, which made it easy for us to be respectful of the apartment and neighbors. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it to anyone
