Had a great 5 weeks at Frankie's place in between homes, during our moving process - lovely space and great location, close to the F train and steps from restaurants, shops and parks. The apartment is really clean, bright and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ideal stay for families with children; our family of 3 felt right at home. Frankie, Jennifer and David were great - they even asked us what's our toddler's favourite breakfast and bought us groceries for our first breakfast, because they knew we'll be arriving very late, which deeply impressed us. They are terrific hosts, with excellent communication. Thanks a million!

We stayed her for a full month while we were in between homes. It was perfect for our family of four. Our kids loved their tiny bedroom. Yes, it's small, but it was all they needed with a twin bed and trundle. I appreciated the details in the kids room, like all the artwork on the walls actually came from illustrations in the books. My kids noticed that right away. Besides books, they also had a few games, including a little travel chess set which actually ignited a minor chess obsession for my son. The apartment has many of the historical elements of a NYC brownstone left intact (like the hardwood floors) but also many updates to make it feel modern and usable (induction stovetop, large heater/AC units in each room to easily control temperature). I feel very lucky to have found this gem in such a wonderful Brooklyn neighborhood. Proximity to restaurants and parks couldn't be better.

I had a wonderful stay at Frankie’s place! It was exactly as advertised- super clean, cute and in a wonderful walkable neighborhood. The hosts were great, super accommodating and provided quick and clear communication with any of my questions. Overall really nice people and a great apartment- would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay here. The space itself is bright and airy, with trees out one set of windows and a view of Downtown Brooklyn out the other. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked great for our family which includes an active toddler (the trundle bed, toys and books were all great touches). It also worked well for two of us working from home, with two desks in separate rooms, good WiFi, etc. It's a quiet block but conveniently located near everything on Smith St. as well as transportation. Best of all, Jennifer and David were so easy to communicate with, accommodating, generous and flexible and made our month living away from home feel comfortable. Highly recommend as a home base for locals like us who need temporary accommodations, family coming for a long-term visit, or visitors from afar looking to spend time in Brooklyn or explore NYC more broadly.

Frankie and her family made our stay wonderful. They’re hospitality was generous. The space was clean and well kept and the neighborhood was perfect for those looking to get a taste of Brooklyn. We look forward to staying here again if we’re ever back in NYC!
