暖气问题，不得不半夜退房，房子四处漏风。特别冷。关键是污蔑我们弄坏了她的东西，向我们索赔，真是够了。然后说我们没有做好清洁，我们的房租里面有清洁费好吗？说我们没有刷碗，让我们赔钱，只留了一桶水，而且没提前告知没有饮用水，都没有喝的水，我们怎么刷碗呢？说我们弄坏了她的刀和盘子，简直太逗了，我们只用了一下刀就坏了，而是我们用刀切了猕猴桃，就坏了？盘子本来就是不好的，其他我们根本没人会碰任何厨具，咖啡壶上面都是灰尘，我们清洁咖啡壶就用了很久，房东这样大言不惭的索要索赔良心不会痛吗？我都没索要索赔呢，应该她赔我们才对

This may be the weirdest Airbnb review that I ever write (in a good way). Short version: I hope I get to come back and stay sometime, especially in the Friends camper. :) Here's the long version. Me and two friends reserved the I Love Lucy Camper as a stopover spot on our way back north from a long motorcycle trip in the Smokies. Natalie was fantastic in getting things ready for us in case we arrived early, which we did. In fact, we were so early that we all looked at each other and said, "What do you think about just gritting our teeth and getting the rest of the way home?" We cracked open some frosty beverages, sat on the porch of the camper and pondered the question for a couple minutes, and then said, "Yup! Let's go!" So, we actually didn't stay the night; however, we were all of the mind that it would have been a most excellent place to just chill out. I hope I get the chance to come back through again.

Natalie was a communicative and friendly host when messaging! The camper and surrounding campus amenities weren't merely vintage, however. Some things including the camper were not kept up and maintained well...rust, nails, falling apart, etc. When I pulled the plywood platform out to make the camper bed bigger, there were two nail sticking out that punctured my hand. There were also some other screws/nails sticking out other places to which I communicated to Natalie. I wouldn't say to not visit, but do think it's important to know these things. Great concept and fun nostalgia, but it wouldn't take a lot to make the experience better.

What a beautiful place to stay. Host is so easy to communicate with and directions are clear. The decor is a lot of fun at the I love Lucy camper. A peaceful retreat with a lighthearted theme! Thank you for a great stay!

Very kind host, and adorable little spot to grab a few hours of sleep between states. We were getting in super late, which was no problem at all, and we were even offered an extra hour in the morning to check out. Would definitely recommend if you’re passing through!
