Nick’s place was great. Beautiful half panoram view of the water, clean, and felt very private. Would recommend for a quiet weekend getaway.

Lets start with the good. Easy to find, get to, great host, & parking. 2 arcadia doors though 1 has screen, ocean side to open to get the breeze & sounds of crashing waves was wonderful. Even with them closed you can hear the waves in the bedrooms. There is construction going on next door, & over the weekend only saw them Sat morning picking up some equipment. Strong musky smell to the place. It aired out with doors open, but probably because the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't work... While listing washing onsite, the dryer is probably older than I am. They sure made them to last back in the day, and I needed to do laundry but decided not to cause some rust. The fold out Ikea couches are not comfortable for a couple that wants to cuddle up as there is 2 supports that run under the cushions. The double bed is way soft and the queen bed is super firm with some edge sag. Would I stay here again, maybe... it comes down to cost for value and it's a bit off here IMHO.
