Beautiful view of Bull Shoals Lake in the distance. 5 minutes(2.4 miles) from boat ramp. 15 minutes(10 Miles) from trout fishing access on the White river. 10 miles from The Bridge in Cotter. Great place for social distancing. Buffalo river within a short drive. Off the beaten path for some privacy! Get ready for the fall views and cooler weather for some great back porch grilling and views! Still close to amenities, such as Wal-Mart , within 10 minutes.

I moved to this location to escape the hustle and bustle. There aren't any neighbors close by. Folks in this area respect all the amazing beauty the Ozarks have to offer. Flippin has seemed to have fallen off the map and its a beautiful thing. Bull Shoals lake is breath taking and quite large. It will take some time to discover it all and that's why I am here. I do reside downstairs and am available for any questions you have. I will however respect your privacy. I can be reached by a phone call, text or though the Airbnb site.
