This is the place to stay, if you - ~ want a quiet, large, secluded area surrounded by trees. ~ want a large deck with plenty of seating to enjoy meals, grill and conversation. ~ want a seat at the end of the pier to watch the sunrise. ~ want a nice fire pit area on a sandy beach. ~ want a beautiful home that provides consumables...Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper and more. ~ want a play area for kids, visible from the large deck. ~ want restaurants, golf, grocery stores, gas station, ice cream and mini golf close by. ~ want a host that answers emails quickly prior to arrival, welcomes you with a text message and is attentive to any needs. ~ wish you could stay another week because you just spent time relaxing, creating memories with family and friends, and want to do it all over again.

Our family group included 6 adults, 3 children ages 6, 4, & 3 and a baby! We all felt the home was comfortable with extra kitchen and bath amenities that made it special. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck and the kids loved the yard to run around. The lake bottom is somewhat mushy in spots right out front so we all headed across the lake to swim, which was wonderful. Kayak the Betsie River if you can. Comes right off the lake! Mike was always quick to respond and very helpful. We all voted to try to go back next year.

The house itself was great and housed out party of 5 adults and 5 children well. It was very well stocked. The deck was really nice, and a great space to relax. The sand beach was a nice feature. There is a big backyard for games. The only slight downside was that It is a mucky bottom entry and shallow/mucky a long way out. Our group also got swimmers itch. We could have prevented this had we known what to look out for and toweled off well, So this is partly on us. This location is best if you want to boat or jet ski or just soak up the views, and then go to a public beach to swim. The lake was never overly crowded with boats, which was nice.

We stayed here for a week a family vacation (6 adults 4 grandkids) it was the perfect size for us all. There is plenty of rooms for all of us to be comfortable. We loved the kitchen with all modern appliances and kitchen ware. Housekeeping did a lot of extra touches with towels and blankets, and loved the shampoo and soaps.We hung out most of the time on the spacious deck, had dinner there every night. Fires on the beach too is a every night gathering. We rented a pontoon (breakn/waves)for the week that was delivered to our dock and was on that most of the time. We did go golfing, tour of the wineries (girls trip) and went to TC, fish town and Sutton bay. Mike the owner was great with communicating and gave us a lot of ideals… last day we did go to Delberts for breakfast 🙂👍…a great place! Made so many memories ❤️
