Didn't get to meet Ruben but his property was immaculately presented. It had everything listed. Bathrooms were amazing and whole place was luxurious. The only thing for us was that the area surrounding was quite desolate. We probably should have researched the area better but you had to drive everywhere and there was basically nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity. The local town itself was fantastic. If you are looking for a place where you are isolated and wanting some time and space for yourself then this is the place. If you are prepared to cook you don't need to leave the property

If you are looking for a special and lovely accommodation, this is the right place. Beautifully renovated, clean and very well equipped. Some furniture no longer corresponds to the pictures, as they have been replaced, but even these are beautiful. The stairs to the beautiful bedroom, which is cool even in summer, are high but definitely manageable. Ruben is a very friendly host. The communication was really good. We were also proactively offered an earlier check in. Ruben sends you a link with important information in advance, very professional and extremely helpful. Within 20-30 minutes by car you can reach all the beautiful places in the area. Whoever books this accommodation should definitely visit the restaurant Veneza in Paderne Albufeira.
