We live in New York City and stayed at Serg’s place for a long weekend getaway. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful, peaceful, homey and well located. The apartment itself is very well cared for and includes everything you need. The bed and couch are both extremely comfortable, the shower is delightful and all of the extras are carefully thought out (amazing mattress, pillows, shower towels, blankets, kitchen equipment etc). Serg and his team were incredibly responsive and provided perfect instructions. They were super kind before and after our stay. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely try to book this space again. Thank you!

Great walking location to small town center with several good restaurants. Driving distance to some great parks and other cute towns. Apartment fully stocked, clean and spacious. I could hear the neighbors downstairs a bit more than I would have expected based on the description, even though they were trying to be very quiet, but the price of the unit I believe balances that out. However if hearing others bothers you, you may want to look at one of Serg’s other private properties which I have had the pleasure of enjoying in the past.

Serg's spot in Stone Ridge was perfect for me. Not only is it a perfect base for one of the greatest areas in upstate New York for nature and local culture, it is also exceedingly well appointed with everything one might need yet without a hint of clutter. Personally I enjoyed the coffee and tea situation, the books, and the yoga mats. The bed was also very comfortable and the entire apartment clean as can be. I am an Airbnb host in the area, and I can say that staying here was also an education in a sense. Serg and crew are the kind of hosts that hosts look up to for inspiration. Thank you, Serg, for raising the bar, and keeping standards high on this wonderful platform.
