I stayed 4 nights in total, 2 in the dorm and 2 in a private room. It were my first nights in Vietnam, which is usually a bit stressful, arriving in a new country, but Hannah and her family made it very easy for me. She organized an airport pick up for me, a sim card and gave me recommendations of were to go for dinner. The other girls in the dorm are all Vietnamese living there permanently, studying or working. They were very welcoming, gave me food and coffee and told me a bit about their lifes here. It was very interesting. The dorm itself is a bit small and not so clean. The bed is comfy and has a curtain for privacy. Nevertheless, it was great to sleep there the first nights just to meet them and learn a bit more about the country and the people. Once Hannahs mum cooked and we ate together. It was great! So nice to have a home cooked meal once in a while. She doesnt speak English, but she is soo nice and welcoming, so I really enjoyed it. The private room I was the next two nights is beautiful, very clean and feels like home. The AC works, but it's quite old, so sometimes some ice falls out. The room also has a kettle, a fan and a hair dryer and the wifi works very well. So all in all, thank you very much, it was the perfect place to start my journey in Vietnam! 🤗💙

My experience at Hannah’s was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive from our first interaction. Her and her sister are lovely people and simply go out of their way to be hospitable. I had a wonderful Tet holiday at her place after she cooked a delicious dinner for me and the other guests. Her place felt like home and I even returned—after I had checked out to go to Cat Tien National Park—just to hang out. If you’re ever thinking of staying somewhere in Saigon, think of nowhere else but here!

Pretty détails oriented, pretty clean and all the services available and generous, been lucky to taste the Kai dishes offered to me, she's is keen to teach you and Show you all you need to know, so welcoming but I think thats normal for the vietnamese's hospitality 🙂

I had a great time at Hannah's. She really treated me well, and often invited me to eat dinner with her family. She gave me great recommendations for places to see in the city, and I really enjoyed staying here.
