Stayed here for 4 months while working in the area. This was a lower price option, and it you get what you pay for. The bed was nice and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, there are a couple of things that were less than ideal: Sound travels really well in the house. There is no carpet or anything of the sort to soften noise, and the family (including kids) can oftentimes be pretty loud especially since the bedroom is right off of the living room. The kitchen is almost always cluttered and full of dirty dishes. They sit in the sink for a while and tend to allow odors to permeate through the house. Many issues I raised to the host got turned back around on me, saying that previous guests didn’t have these issues rather than trying to accommodate me. Overall though it worked out fine, nothing great but if you just need something simple for a short term this will work.

Very nice house and comfortable room. Jun is very pleasant hostess with cute kids! I enjoyed my stay in Jun’s house!

I had a very good one month stay at Jun's place. I even think I will return one or two months more next year. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for running and studying or remote work.
