Our usual Eagle Ridge house was already booked for our annual Feb break-college friends get together-with kids now- ski week, so we went with the closest option and I'm so glad we did it! The house was just the right size for two families, (4 adults, 5 kids) and the vibe was cozy but not overly cluttered. The owners do have a sick magnet collection though, and if they've actually been to every destination represented, they're arguably the most well-traveled peeps we've come across. :) The hosts were very communicative and helpful and didn't put a ton of extra parameters on the check-in and checkout process that you tend to see on airbnb listings (i.e. separate all garbage based on color and place bags 5 paces to the left of the large oak tree or incur $75 misc fee...) Also the location is super convenient- 1.5 miles to downtown, (restaurants, bowling, movie theater,) and a quick ride to the mountain. All in all, a great spot and I would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time at your home away from home. Enjoyed our ski chalet in Bethel and appreciate your sharing it with us. Fantastic private location with easy 5 minute drive into town. Enjoyed the beautiful ski decor and evenings by the fireplace!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place looked just like the pictures, very clean, and comfortable. Easy short drive into Bethel for food/groceries and just 15 minutes up to Sunday River ski resort. Would definitely recommend and would book it again!

Allison and Eric’s place was an amazing place for our family get-away! Even without the snow we had hoped for (NOT their fault!) we were able to have a no-regrets vacation watching movies, having s’mores over the fire, playing games and working on jigsaw puzzles. And it was an easy drive to Sunday River for those who chose to hit the slopes regardless. There were 5 people in our party so there was plenty of space. Had there been a few more, I still don’t think we would have felt crowded. Meals might have been a bit tight as there weren’t many large bowls, etc for cooking/serving in volume but it would still have been doable. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (never found a cooling rack but was able to improvise) as well as a binder of local restaurants should we have chosen to eat out instead of cooking at home. We really appreciated Allison and Eric’s easy and thorough communication throughout. They are amazing hosts! We hope to be able to return. Wish we’d never left!

Had a great stay. Very cozy and clean, pictures depict it exactly as is! Plenty of space for 5 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. Allison and Eric were very communicative and responsive. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and made cooking family dinners after ski days perfect! 15 minutes to Sunday River! Would 100% stay again!
