We rented Patrick and Kim’s condo for 3 months and LOVED every minute of it. I highly recommend Boho Chic and will certainly rent again. The views are spectacular. Super fast wi-fi. Very clean condo! Great location and proximity to all of your needs. There is a full mini-market and restaurant in front by security. Excellent location, convenient for Uber, taxi or doordash. We utilized Google maps to navigate our way to "Soda’s" within the local area and in San Jose, various malls, different bars, restaurants and museums. The guards are friendly and can be observed walking and securing the grounds 24 hours a day. We took San Jose area, Jaco Beach tours through Trip Advisor, Viator and MyTanFeet. The condo was a close 5-6 minute Uber ride to the Doubletree Hotel in Cariari for hotel pickup. Patrick and Kim’s condo is your home away from home. Perfect for any short or long term stays. Again, we highly recommend it!

The hosts are very responsive, friendly and available for the duration of your stay. Security was awesome. We felt very secure staying here throughout out stay. We utilized the amenities and they were great. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Clean, modern, relaxing and on a quiet floor. The building in its entirety was quiet. A good mixture of working class-young and old. Enjoyed the morning and evening mountain views. By far the best AirBNB apartment and hosts we have encountered during our visits to Costa Rica. We didn’t have any issues and assure you that the hosts will communicate with you so well, it will make you appreciate how professional they are. We truly look forward to our next stay in their home.
