Our condo is located in Playa Dorada, which is just 15km (20-minute drive) from Puerto Plata International Airport.
Puerto Plata is located about 200km from Santo Domingo. The drive from Santo Domingo International Airport takes about 3.5 hours and from Santiago International about 2 hours.
We recommend renting a car to take full advantage of all the attractions and interesting places in the Puerto Plata area.
The property is located in the Playa Dorada complex, which has a wonderful view of Isabel de Torres Mountain and a championship 18-hole golf course designed by legendary architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. (5-minute walk away).
Just a 4-minute walk from the condo is Playa Dorada Shopping Center, where you can find restaurants, a children's area, a pharmacy, an ATM, a small movie theater, and souvenir shops.
A JUMBO supermarket/department Store. (similar to Walmart or Target) is 5 minutes away by car.
The Playa Dorada complex is fully gated and contains about 8 resorts. You can walk safely and find a shopping center, golf course and international restaurants.
