Sam has been an outstanding host! Our inquiries were handled almost immediately. Beautiful condo, very clean! For the two of us it was perfect! Sam gave us advice on tourist locations, where the closet grocery store was and many other options for attractions. I would highly recommend this unit just keep in mind you will have to use a scooter, local bus, a taxi to get around. A scooter didn’t work so well for us but a rental car was great. Local bus was an experience but fun! Cheap way to get around! It’s about a 15 min ride to Patong Beach but would recommend going to nicer beaches south of Patong Beach! Enjoy your stay in Kathu/Thailand

Sam was always very helpful and it was a pleasure to have him as my host :) I didn't meet him in person only trough chat. The place is on the 2nd floor, so there is not too much light coming in and in he night I had to close the curtain bc the garage is right below and always brightly lit. Also sometimes I could hear some engines running below my feet (like loud motorbikes etc)

This room is waaaay better then I expected! It’s really one of the best place we’ve ever rent through Airbnb, to be honest. Super comfortable work chair and the table. Full equipment kitchen. Cozy design, like a nest. Sam is a great host, one of the best, I swear. He gave us a lot of advices what to do on the island. Also he has Phuket guides in the room, it helped us to trip. Thank you 🩵 I highly recommend this place.

Sam's condo was home for me for almost 3 months. I really love this condo! Condo is located close to the road through which it passes bus route to the Patong beach, Phuket town, Central Festival mall, Big C hypermarket, Makro hypermarket. It is very convenient! You can interchange on another routes like Kata beach. You can find many street food places, 7/11, Familymart, Supercheap shops nearby. KFC is 7 minutes walk. And cool fresh market is 10 minutes walk where you can find any vegetables (including potato, tomato, onion), fruits, fish, shrimps, crabs, squids, meat, chicken. Condo has very thoughtful optimal design with many shelves, mirrors, embedded workplace. It is small but very very cozy and comfort. It has full convenient kitchen. I cooked many times on it. All required amenities are there! If you sensitive person you should be get ready to meet noise from cars and motorbikes near to windows and meet ants everywhere. But you meet ants everywhere in Phuket. Sam is very friendly!
