Dolly was very nice and easy to communicate with! This is a room in resort and I have some questions to their service quality, our request to maintenance were not addressed and I fixed some stuff myself, also kitchen is pretty bad equipped. But it’s probably not a question to the host, and overall experience was really good!

Dolly’s unit is located within a large resort with many amenities. It is distributed around a mountain and we stayed near to the top. Great views from the grounds. Large heated pool - open in winter with bar and mini golf right across. The condo is fully equipped with all appliances as well as microwave, toaster and blender. There are towels available in all the pools. We also got delivered extra towels, blankets, TP, coffee, soap etc twice during our stay without asking. A concierge contacted us and was available for any questions and answered within minutes. Since Dolly transfers the owner privileges during the stay you get to use the water park, get discounts at the grocery store and restaurant and have access to other amenities no extra cost. We brought out dog - and they were very accommodating they even gave “her” a goody bag with treats. The location can’t be beat!! On the mountain, right on the border between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

Perfect condo overlooking the Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Perfect location if you don’t want to get stuck in traffic. Located right before the downtown entrance to Gatlinburg or you can take the bypass and head to the back end of Gatlinburg where you will find the ober parking lot and restaurants, if you want to stay out of the middle of Gatlinburg. The unit had everything you need, to relax and dine next to a fireplace. Have glass of wine in the hot tub in the room. Or just sit on the patio, drink some coffee and watch the sunrise through the mountains. Bed was very comfy, the unit is very clean and roomy. Only downfalls, if you have kids in the above unit you need to bring ear plugs. The walls are very thin. Thank god this unit is an end one on the 3 floor. That should not hinder your decision. I would highly recommend renting from Dolly, she was very easy to work with and communication was flawless. West gate resort is very beautiful with all the amenities you will need to have a great vacation. If you have kids and looking to have a getaway, this unit also comes with 4 wristbands to the indoor water park on property. You can take a shuttle down to the water park and back up with zero to no wait for the shuttles. Free goofy golf at the top of the mountain and many more activities. Perfect Gatlinburg experience.
