This house was very spacious for our family of 11 people. The views are spectacular from almost every room in this house like in the pictures. It has so many areas to entertain and relax while admiring the beautiful sunsets. The water temperature in the pool was very refreshing for the hot weather. We spent a lot of time by the pool and the kids loved having the ping-pong to play. Things to consider is the location of the house, it’s far away from the entertainment area, about 25 -30 minute driving to grocery, restaurants shopping and the beach, 50 min to Fethiye. The driving is not easy through narrow roads and high elevations specially at night so be aware of that, you will need a car. We had issues with power outages often and no water and our shower kept gettin clogged but Ahmet who assisted us during our stay always came to fix right away. Thank you Ahmet! :) The house needed some maintenance and was a little rundown specially the furnishings, otherwise is a beautiful property.

Nice villa name v. Nice view

Villa was as shown in the photos. Kitchen is equipped well. Every bedroom is very good size with lots of closets. Top 4 bedrooms have amazing views. Pool is large and with a beautiful view as well. There are a number of good restaurants in the area that delivers to the villa. Especially, Pera was amazing - good to dine in or for delivery. There are some downsides that you need to consider, if you have a large vehicle, road to the house is a bit tight. I suggest a small vehicle. Second downside was a big let down for us. Region is a developing area and has a lot of power outage issues. House is equipped with generator but 6 of 8 days, we were on the generator and we were constantly in touch with the person helping us to make sure we have electricity. Our A/C unit shut down due to generator power as well, this downgraded the almost perfect vacation to a 'ok' level. So much so that they offered us a free week during off-season, which we cannot take advantage since we live in US.
