Barbara’s appartement is gelegen in Paleokastritsa. Na een verblijf van een week, waarbij wij het hele eiland hebben verkend, is ons (een gezin van 4) duidelijk geworden dat dit één van de mooiste regio’s is om te verblijven. Prachtige baaien, mooie standjes en heel helder water. Het dorp, dat niet echt een vaste kern heeft, is gemoedelijk en gezellig en had voor ons voldoende faciliteiten. Mede door het Paasfeest, dat op Corfu grootst wordt gevierd, hebben wij Barbara en de familie wat beter leren kennen. Wij ervoeren hen als hele lieve vriendelijke mensen die het oprecht belangrijk vinden dat de gasten het naar de zin hebben. Ze zijn erg behulpzaam en staan klaar als je wat nodig hebt. Echter, ontbreekt het in het prachtige appartement aan niets. Het is er schoon en zo mooi afgewerkt dat wij het gevoel hadden dat we de eerste gasten waren die er verbleven. Het uitzicht en het terras zijn fantastisch. Kortom, een aanrader en wij hopen er nog eens terug te keren.

This was, by far, the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The house is extremely clean, and they provided everything more than we needed, including extra towels, fresh fruit, local wine, breakfast essentials, etc. During our stay, our hosts were incredibly helpful, assisting us with everything from taxi rentals to recommending tourist spots, and even providing a cooler bag and umbrella for our boat trip. The view from the house is breathtaking; it made coming home a delight since it surpassed almost all other tourist attractions. The house was perfectly maintained with absolutely no issues. The host's family was incredibly warm and welcoming—I wish I could give them more stars. This is an easy recommendation for anyone, without any hesitation.

We would highly recommend a stay at Barbara’s House….It is ideally located a short walk away from Paleokastritsa beach, with a breathtaking view over the sea, which we enjoyed every evening whilst having our dinner on the terrace. The apartment catered well for our family of 5, plenty of space and had everything we needed. We were encouraged to enjoy their beautiful surrounding gardens and the children loved picking lemons and making lemonade. Barbara and her family are the kindest of hosts and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and enjoyed our holiday, we can’t thank them enough. We really didn’t want to come home!

If you are looking for panoramic beauty year round, a fully equipped space and warmhearted hosts you have found the ideal spot! This spacious apartment has one-in-a-lifetime views room from inside or out. The kitchen is very well equipped and Barbara and her husband provided so many sweet goodies including fruit from their beautiful trees, baked goodies, wine and other treats! They were also just some of the most lovely and kind people we've ever met, exceptional hosts! The beds and couch are so comfy for resting up after a day of exploring the island! I would highly suggest a road trip up Corfu trail, a trip to Theotoky Estate winery and some time in Corfu town. Even if you stay every minute at the apartment, you will have a dreamlike experience! The bathrooms had personal toiletries and hot showers. We did laundry and played some of the games provided as well. All around, this is a fantastic stay that will meet all of your traveling needs and beyond. We will be back!

Barbara's place is our favorite in the entire Greece trip we've done. The listing is very accurate and the place looks exactly like the photos. The view from the balcony is picturesque and stunning. Barbara & her husband are so friendly and made us feel right home. They gave us all the good recommendations and shared their knowledge of Corfu. Very lovely people and would come back here to stay for long. The stay had everything listed and the place was kept sparkling clean. Great place to stay in Corfu and highly recommended.
