Amy was the best host!!! So hospitable and amazing. We stayed here for quite some time and could not have asked for a better host, location, or cute space. Would highly recommend!!
I stayed for 7 weeks at Amy’s lovely apartment. I really much enjoyed my time in Philly and the flat. The location was just perfect. Quick to center city, quick to UPenn and everything you need is just around the corner. Amy has been a wonderful host the whole time. Easy to communicate, helpful in any way I could ask for. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and Amy! I will come back for sure.
Amy’s place was a perfect spot my husband and me for a weekend in Philly! Centrally located to shops, restaurants, bars, sites, you name it. Elevator and smart access to the apartment made check in and out that much easier. Amy was communicative and offered great recommendations around the city. The space itself was nice, peaceful and well equipped. Would stay here again and recommend.
The place was well set up for everything we needed and in a nice location.

Thank you for your interest in my apartment! This was my first home years ago and it has seen many firsts for me and my family. It’s in a historic building in beautiful Rittenhouse Square. Needless to say, the history is rich here and we take great pride in it. The apartment has recently undergone a major renovation and is ready to host you for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city of Brotherly Love.
