Newly renovated two bedroom and one bathroom apartment with terrace. The apartment is located on the 9th floor of the building. The building has two elevators. Apartment has a separate entrance with a spiral staircase. The apartment is situated 10 km. from Ben Gurion International Airport. Tel Aviv is only 20 min. by train. The train station is on the other side of the street. Each room is equipped with brand new air conditioning. The bathroom has an air heater, hairdryer and hygiene products: soap, shampoo, etc. The accomodation is suitable for a single traveler a couple or a family up to 6 persons. We have a baby crib and a baby feeding chair and baby bath if needed. We have a washing mashine and detergents, ironing board and iron. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the necessary equipment: microwave, kettle, oven, electric stove and more.

We really enjoyed staying at Lina’s place! The place was super nice, and everything first class. The decoration had a special touch, the whole apartment very comfortable and spacious, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and everything looking new. A special thank you for the basket with goodies and fruit. That was beyond the second mile from Lina. Thank you! The parking spot was a plus also. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
Het appartement was zeer compleet ingericht en erg netjes. De locatie centraal in Israël en vlakbij Ben Gurion was perfect. Wijzelf hadden enkel de nacht voor onze vlucht geboekt, maar als we deze faciliteit eerder hadden geweten, hadden we ongetwijfeld een langere periode geboekt.
The apartment is perfectly located close to the airport, large and extremely well equipped. Lina is a very kind and caring host, we clearly recommend!
Lina maintained great communication and checked on whether we needed anything to make us more comfortable. She provided wonderful touches that made our stay tremendously convenient such as cooking oil, spices, snacks, laundry and bathroom necessities.

We are conveniently located near the train station. There is a bus stop, a grocery store, a bakery, a small restaurant synagogue nearby.
The apartment is located right on main roads 431, 40, 1 and 44.
