There was mold on the wall in the bedroom. The description of how to get there is confusing because there are two rooms numbered 28. You want to go to the one that is 2/28. The door is very hard to open and I called the owners 3 times for assistance and emailed them and they did not answer. We had to stand in the cold and snow for an hour before meeting a friendly neighbor who showed us how to unlock the door (you have to continue twisting the key, then pull the door toward you while you are doing that and then push the door open). The owners want the key on the table and the door closed but it is impossible to close the door without having the key on the outside. I ended up closing and locking the door and putting the key in the lockbox across the street and emailing them to let them know where I put the key and why but who knows if they are going to receive that email. Biggest disappointment is the unresponsive host. Place itself was very nice besides the mold next to the bed.

Extrem ekelhaft, dreckig, verschmutzt, Spinnen im Raum, Spinnen netze, Richtiger Matsch, man ekelt sich da überhaupt aus dem Fenster zu schauen oder sonst, unnormal klein, viel kleiner als es scheint, labile Möbel, ein Spiegel ist auf mich gefallen und hat meine Handy verletzt weil er nur mit einem Stück papier befestigt war, das Zimmer stinkt nach Schimmel und der Gastgeber ist kaum erreichbar. Dank der tollen und kompetenten Hilfe von AirBnb haben wir dann den Aufenthalt in einem anderen Apartment retten können und dieses hier storniert. Nicht mal der kleine Tisch der vielleicht so groß ist wie ein Teller, war geputzt. Hauptsache Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 119€ verlangen für gar nichts!! Katastrophe!!!! Wir waren nur ganz kurz drinnen und haben direkt storniert.

Very good location near the faculty of veterinary medicine. 10min walking distance. The housing was comfortable and functional. An improvement could be made on the cleaning service before arrival.
