we had an amazing stay at our accommodation. Taryn was an extremely friendly host . super responsive and lots of local recommendations. everything was thought out . our stay was beautiful . was so perfect especially down to the finer details . highly recommend ❤️
We had a wedding to attend and thought we would make a little getaway out of it. Taryn’s place was just perfect for what we wanted. Such a beautiful space and she thinks of everything. We definitely felt that having a freshly baked loaf of bread, eggs from their chickens and a lovely cheese board on arrival was one of our favourite parts. We were able to relax and enjoy every part of the stay. Definitely recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed Tamborine Mountain and your Rustic Greenhouse. As a plant mother, I enjoyed the gardens on your property and the tropical-rustic styling. We'll definitely be back when we take our next toad trip. We loved all the breakfast items, especially the fresh laid eggs. The cheese platter was delicious and made our day after a long drive. Where do I even start? Taryn’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was so relaxing and zen, more than we could have ever imagined for our girls' trip. The place felt incredibly homey, and we really appreciated the small goodies like the eggs, face pads, milk and that amazing cheese platter. It made our stay extra special. Oh, and I can't forget to mention how incredible the bathroom was! The bed was super comfy too, and the stunning greenery in the place added such a nice touch. We're already thinking about when we will be back. If you’re thinking of staying here, take this as your sign to do it! I promise you will not regret it. Thanks again Taryn!
This little studio cottage was absolutely amazing to stay in. My partner and I were visiting for a friend’s wedding and Taryn made sure that our stay was wonderful. From the welcome cheese platter to the fresh loaf of bread and other baked goods, I can definitely say that I will be back one day. Thanks Taryn!!

I am a mother of two small boys, wife of Tom Powell, Tully the cats ear scratcher and feeder of three chickens, John Cleese, Princess and Teensy. I love being in nature and made that my job. I’m a bit of a news junkie and have a small ceramic collecting addiction. I love Tamborine Mountain and hope you enjoy our little apartment as a base from which to explore this awesome place we call home.
