This apartment is great. It is located just a block away from the beach at a beautiful part of the beach. You can go to various restaurants nearby and reach ocean drive in a few min. walking. The apartment itself is beautiful. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the beds are great and super comfy. We had a spot in the parking garage which was comfortable as well. Last but not least: the apartment comes with beach equipment, great chairs, umbrella, stuff to play for kids etc. We had a great experience and felt at home in Miami. Marc reacted very quickly and super friendly to every question or request we had - we recommend everyone to stay there!!

Our stay was great. The property is located south of 5th street and at walkable distance to Ocean drive. The area is peaceful and quite. Property was clean. The parking spot allocated was quite narrow and is between 2 pillars on either side. Only sedans barely fit. The host requested a $300 security deposit and told us that once paid only then we will be able to get the entrance code for the property. Even though all the payment was made at the time of reservation. It was the day of the travel when I got to know about it and I had to comply with the demand of $300 dollar deposit to save my vacation plan.

Marc’s place was beautiful. There were thorough instructions and suggestions. My only complaint is that the deposit caught me by surprise and was a little on the heftier side but overall my stay was wonderful.
