Fun Factory was an ideal home for our family to spend our vacation. It was clean, the location was perfect. Such a short and easy walk to the beach. The host was so easy to communicate with as well!!

Loved staying at The Fun Factory! My two toddlers (2 and 4) had the best time - the toys and books being there + the kid friendly environment made this stay so much easier than any other I’ve had. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and the place was very clean. I loved having the outdoor shower! There is a great bike path right next to the house that we used with the bikes available. The only thing I would mention is that the beach that’s across from the house isn’t the type that I’d want my kids swimming in - the riptide is there and the shore drops off quickly. 1000% has nothing to do with the house but wanted to mention for future guests! if you go a couple accesses down towards the entrance to the island, the beach is perfect for kids wanting to go in 😊 one other comment is that if it rains, avoid parking in the back and just park on the street where host says it’s ok with the sprinkler heads not being affected. A wonderful stay and we’ll be back!!

What an absolutely lovely home! It is a true gem. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The home is well stocked with anything you could need. Although, we had no children during this stay, I would love to come back with my granddaughter. It was very kid friendly and the mini kitchen in the main kitchen was too cute. The beach was just a short walk. Everyone we encountered was friendly. First time in Edisto and it quickly became a new favorite spot. The area and this home are perfect for a stress free, peaceful & relaxing beach getaway. It’s just what we needed. The host is fast to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend this place!

Thank you for hosting. This is the place to rent if you have small kids, it is kid friendly with small furniture and toys. Great location in relation to beach. We used the bike and kids had a great time. Thank you! We will rent again!
