房东友好,房子一般啦

The house is in a quiet neighborhood outside of Chiang Mai, which was perfect for us to relax in after a day of exploring our surrounding - but it sometimes took the taxis/food delivery a while to find the place. The place itself was very cozy, with all the amenities you’d need! Full kitchen with a big fridge, a cozy couch and a TV, comfy beds and blankets, fresh towels, shampoo and soap, and a washer & dryer for laundry. The shower had low pressure, but it wasn’t too bad. The windows and doors are drafty- which was only slightly a “problem” because the birds outside would wake us up pretty easily - but it was actually really pleasant for us. Another thing to note is that each of the stair steps inside are angled slightly downward- so it’s really easy to slip (especially since shoes are not allowed in the house, so actually going downstairs in your socks is a bit dangerous) Overall, it was a really nice place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone going to Chiang Mai! :)

This was our second stay in the house and as at the first time we enjoyed our stay a lot and felt very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and reactive in case they need to be reached.

We (2 persons) stayed the first time at Munlikas house. It is nicely decorated and clean. Even towels and some soap etc. we’re provided. That was a very nice touch. It is located in a quiet village a few kilometer outside of Chiang Mai city center, but super markets and restaurant are within a 5 minute drive from the house. We felt very comfortable there and will consider it for our next stay again.
