We really enjoyed our short stay at Pierfrancesco’s apartment. He was very communicative and supportive when our flights arrived late and met us at the front door of the apartment to help us get oriented to the area and the space. The apartment was very clean and well organized. There is a laundry machine in the bathroom which is a big plus. The shower is quite small and requires some agility getting in and out but we were grateful for the hot shower after a long journey. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is quiet even though it’s located on a main avenue, so we didn’t hear any street noise inside. We didn’t have a chance to explore the area, but we appreciated that the Loreto metro stop is just steps from the front door. We would consider returning to this sweet little apartment and recommend it to other travelers.

We had a very enjoyable week staying in Pier’s apartment. It is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and very well located for Loreto M1 metro line which gave easy access into central Milan. 15/20 min walk to central station and great rail links for day trips. Pierfrancesco provided a comprehensive guide of things to do in Milan and responded swiftly to our questions. Met and welcomed on arrival and Pierfrancesco met us on checkout. A great place to stay and happy to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient location, close to the metro. Good restaurants close by and Pier supplied us with lots of recommendations and ideas to make the most of our stay. Would highly recommend for couples wanting a base to go exploring Milan and the surrounding area. Pier was an excellent host and he was very willing to share his local knowledge. Thank you.
