Room 3A and 3B ARE NOT handicap accessible and are rented separately. This room is for long term reservations. This upstairs loft is a great place to relax and have private time. 3A and 3B share an upstairs setting area and bathroom. Our rate for 3A and 3B is $50 per person. You are invited to set on the porch with a glass of tea or share a cup of coffee and a muffin in our kitchen. You are welcome to walk around the farm at your leisure. 3A and 3B are for long term reservations only. We live on a farm in Central North East Arkansas, 3 miles South of Newport. We are100 miles West of Memphis and 100 Miles North of Little Rock. You will have a double bed and a private bathroom We built our home on the farm in 2006. Helen is a retired Medical Technologist and Kenneth retired in 2014 after managing a farm store for many years.. This is a NON-SMOKING home. We have two dogs , 2 cats, chickens and cows. Our Children are grown and live in another city. If our guests have time, we would love to share a cup a coffee and a chat with them. In the afternoon on a pretty day, they can sit in a rocker on the front porch with a glass of tea and watch the cows grazing. Please do not bring your pets. unless special permission is given. We have 2 Lab dogs and 2 cats in our home.
