SEA ESCAPE AT LAS CONCHAS 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Just steps to the beach. This three bedroom home is located in Las Conchas and is on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sea of Cortez, the home comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen and all linens. The home is located directly across from one of the quietest beaches in Puerto Penasco. We are also located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Weather you want a weekend getaway or rent for a month at a the perfect stay for you. This three bedroom home is located in the Las Conchas gated beach home community and is on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sea of Cortez, in Rocky Point, home comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen and all linens. The home is located directly across from one of the quietest beaches in Puerto Penasco. We are also located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Weather you want a weekend getaway or rent for a month at a time we can arrange the perfect stay for you. The home is one story. The only stairs are to a Margarita deck with beautiful views of the ocean.

Great atmosphere, great area. You’re in the middle of everything. From private to public. It’s definitely a home sweet home vibe. It’s homey and comforting for all. My kids were in love with the place. Very peaceful and quiet. I definitely will be staying at this home when I need to get away from reality. Being in that home, feels like you’re in a movie…Super sweet owners/hosts. 1000% recommend. I wish we stayed longer!

It is a great place in Las Conchas right on the beach. The owner was very helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to find the home. The house was clean. The AC was broken upon arrival but they were already in the process of fixing it and we were good to go within a hour of arriving. The neighbors are also nice. The beach is pretty empty with a few vendors which I loved. I would stay here again.

What a perfect stay! Craig’s home is steps from the beach with terrific patios. The home is lovely and so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook. It’s the perfect place for a beach vacation.
