I surprised the husband with a trip here. We’re HTX locals who were looking for a staycation spot. The overall stay was amazing! The cabin was cute. The bed was soft and the A/C kept us cool despite the higher outside temps. Breakfast the next morning was perfect! We’ve already decided to come back soon. Our only issue had nothing to do with the B&B itself. The neighbors are apparently motorcycle enthusiasts. They revved their engines and made noise until well past 11 pm. Again, no fault of the staff. Just a note for anyone else who might stay to bring ear plugs maybe if it’s a weekend. :)

Compact space, but well appointed. Host was very responsive and sorted an issue on arrival very speedily.

Loved the space, perfect for a getaway. Room had a musty smell and just needed to be aired out.

This little cottage was beautiful and quiet. It was like you walked into a little town of its own. The cottage was the right amount of space and cozy. When entering it did have an old musky smell but we were able to bare with it for the night. It could use a nice deep clean (dust in corners of the walls and floor). The check in process was very easy and Jackie was very helpful and was easy to contact if we needed anything. The best part was definitely the little breakfast spot! I got the same ol’ and my husband got the potatoes and both were very delicious! All staff greeted us with smiles and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here other than the smell.
