All of our cabins and lodges are family owned and managed by Julie and Kevin Claus, your hosts! We often get asked, "How did you get into the cabin rental business?" The simple answer.... we started off as guests just like you! We have always enjoyed the personal touches a family-owned vacation rental offers over hotels and resorts. We fell in love with "The Hills" during a car club sponsored drive through the Hocking Hills region. We were amazed by natural beauty and were immediately hooked. After a yearlong search, we bought our first lodge in 2010. In 2011, the Cedar Grove Lodging business was born with the additional purchase of the Cedar Grove Retreat property in 2012. We envisioned a place where guests could escape their daily routines and enjoy a relaxing stay. Our favorite part of running this business is Our Guests!
